Overview Waters Longbridge are hiring! We are looking for skilled CNC machinists (Milling) to join our team in Longbridge, in our brand new state of the art facility. The successful candidate will set-up and operate multiple CNC machines and processes in our UK machining centre of excellence based in Longbridge, Birmingham. Working with state of the art 3 and 5 axis GF milling machines, Mazak lathes and Zeiss CMM machines to produce fully conforming components to a prescribed, efficient and timely manufacturing method. Working hours (Weekly rotation): Monday - Thursday 0600 - 1400 (30 minute paid break) Friday 0600 - 1300 (30 minute paid break) Monday - Thursday 1345 - 2145 (30 minute paid break) Friday 1245 - 1945 (30 minute paid break) Responsibilities Manufacture and inspect components to drawing specification. Set up and operate variety of milling, turning and inspection equipment as per prescribed standard operating procedures. Monitor tool life and aid in the developing of process control by utilising pre-control
