Job Description:
Responsibilities
Identify & qualify leads: Use tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to research accounts and qualify prospects and existing customers
Execute prospecting cadences: Leverage our Sales Engagement Console (Salesforce) to run email, LinkedIn, and phone-based outreach sequences.
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with Account Managers and Campaign Leads to align lead-gen efforts to regional priorities.
Maintain CRM hygiene: Update and enrich Salesforce records to ensure accurate lead/account data and activity tracking.
Support campaign execution: Partner with Marketing to segment audiences, upload contact lists, and track lead progression.
Continuously improve: Share insights from outreach performance to refine cadences, messaging, and lead targeting strategies.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Sales, tele- (inside) sales, business development or marketing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of chromatography, mass spectrometry and related consumables and software advantageous.
- Knowledge or experience with Salesforce and/or Marketo valuable.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Fluent in English and one other European language pref Spanish, German or French
- Ability to work in an organised, accurate manner.
- Resilience and tenacity.
- Quick and enthusiastic learner.
- Evidence of effective collaboration & networking skills.
- Ability to interact with and influence customers across organisational levels.
This role can be performed from any Waters location and is a remote role.
Some European travel may be required, when safe to do so.
