Overview
Waters Corporation, the world’s leading specialty measurement company committed to inclusion and diversity, is seeking a Principal Global Enablement Project Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in either Milford, MA or Wilmslow, UK.
In this role, you will lead the development and global delivery of clinical product training for both internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with regulatory and quality standards. You will collaborate across multiple levels and functions within the Clinical Business Unit to support the growth of our IVD product portfolio.
The Waters Clinical Business Unit is responsible for the development of Waters Clinical and IVD systems, hardware, and software. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization focused on addressing the unique challenges of clinical customers and accelerating business growth.
Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of global clinical product training initiatives.
- Develop enablement strategies, oversee content creation, and ensure timely delivery of training programs.
- Ensure compliance with Waters’ Quality and Regulatory Systems, Good Laboratory Practices, and EHS standards.
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, business partners, and external collaborators.
- Collaborate with learning architects and subject matter experts (SMEs) to define training requirements and ensure content is fit-for-purpose.
- Design and develop eLearning modules for the Waters Academy – Clinical Learning Management Platform.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
Logistics & Analysis:
- Coordinate training logistics, including system readiness, materials, and administrative support.
- Manage Waters Academy-Clinical user licenses and administration
- Organize and deliver training sessions globally, both in-person and virtually.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training impact and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education:
- BS/BSc or higher in Analytical Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- MS/MSc or PhD preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training courses
- Proven extensive experience with Waters\’ products (LC-MS/MS) or equivalent
- Previous experience with medical devices or clinical applications is preferred
- Strong planning and project management skills across multiple initiatives.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical and regulatory concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Adaptability in dynamic environments with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable engaging with SMEs and senior leadership.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit as part of the Global Clinical Customer Success team.
