We have an exciting opportunity for a System Packer for the packing, panelling and crating of instruments, spares, and accessories within the packing and dispatch department at our state of the art facility in Wilmslow. Experience within a packing environment including assembling is essential for the role.
Responsibilities
- To panel, pack and crate finished goods in line with Packing Specifications.
- To assemble spares kits in line with Packing Specifications.
- Report non-conformances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (Safety, employment, training, PPE etc.).
- Project a flexible, proactive approach coupled with a willingness to work overtime as required, to ensure the output objectives are achieved.
Qualifications
- Proven experience within a packing environment.
- Proven experience within an assembly environment.
- PC literate.
- Self motivated and able to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.
- There is a requirement for a Basic Criminal Record Check (DBS) as part of the employment referencing process.
