We are looking for an HR Advisor who will provide a professional, practical and responsive HR service for the theatre, supporting managers, employees, casual workers and freelancers throughout the employee lifecycle. The role will help ensure that people practices are legally compliant, consistently applied and aligned with the Watermill’s values, mission and commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing. We employ around 40 permanent staff, many on part time contracts and have around another 40 casual staff.
Status Part-time. Permanent or Freelance considered.
Salary Full time equivalent of £35,000 - 40,000 pro-rata
