Watermill Theatre Ltd in Newbury is seeking a role that works alongside the Chefs to deliver outstanding preshow dining for the theatre's restaurant and bar, and to cater for other events at the theatre. The restaurant and bar primarily operate before matinee and evening performances, six days a week, with a limited 2-course menu and hot snacks from the bar. Up to 70 covers per service across 12:00–14:30 and/or 17:00–19:30.
