Watermans Richmond is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef / Second Chef to join our premium Italian and Mediterranean kitchen in Richmond. You will work closely with the Head Chef, lead a hands-on kitchen team and take full responsibility in their absence.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in premium London restaurants, excellent stock control and food safety practices, and is organised under pressure. Immediate start and a long-term position are offered.
