Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Sous Chef / Second Chef to join our kitchen team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, preferably within premium or fine-dining London restaurants. You will work closely with the Head Chef, support the day-to-day running of the kitchen and take full responsibility in their absence.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Skilled, organised and consistent under pressure.
  • Confident leading and training a kitchen team.
  • Strong in preparation, service, stock control and food safety.
  • Reliable, flexible and looking for a stable, long-term position.
  • Available to start soon.
