About the Role
As a Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the production, coordination, and development of detailed building services models and drawings. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and other disciplines to ensure accurate, coordinated, and efficient project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Produce and develop Revit models and technical drawings for building services projects
- Coordinate MEP systems across multiple disciplines to resolve clashes and improve design efficiency
- Support engineers and designers throughout all project stages, from concept through to construction
- Maintain and manage Revit models in line with project and company standards
- Assist with model reviews, updates, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Proven experience using Revit within a building services / MEP environment
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and public health systems
- Confident working within a multidisciplinary design team
- High level of attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Preferred Skills:
