Experience required…

Essential:

  • Previous experience of working in the Utilities or Streetworks sector, either at Local Authority, Statutory Undertaker or Tier one contractor level.
  • Excellent report writing, communication and teamwork skills.
  • People and Stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to develop and maintain a highly motivated team.
  • Confidence in and experience of meeting with internal and external clients.
  • Willingness to travel to meet the needs of the business.
  • Skilled at analytical and problem solving, with attention to detail and creative thinking.
  • Good level of commercial awareness.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing business and forming strong client relationships including an ability to deal directly with clients.
  • Full UK Driving licence

Desirable:

  • HND, HNC or higher qualification in relevant discipline.
  • Project Management qualification or be working towards a qualification in this area.
  • Good working knowledge of utility sector as a whole
  • Previous people management experience
