- Typically 5-8 years‘ experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels.
- Successful relevant experience in a complex project environment including demonstrable experience in team management, planning, contracting and delivery of projects within the UK Light Rail sector.
- Successful record of project budget management and ability to understand and interpret commercial and financial landscapes (budgets, forecasts, actual status).
- Experience in managing ambiguity in a project environment with strong evaluation and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrable Project safety management practice and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practice.
- High-level of IT literacy, proficient user of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ProjectWise, etc.
- Eligibility to Work in the UK and a Full UK driving licence.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
- Member of APM (MAPM) or equivalent.
- Chartered member of professional institution (or working towards).
- Achieved APM PMQ or equivalent professional qualification.
