    Management

  • Oversight and management of the Project Managers
  • Oversight and leadership of multiple projects
  • Working with the Project Managers to manage resources ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Setting goals, tasks and timelines, ensuring that project delivery is to schedule
  • Monitoring tracking and reporting of Planned Value and Earned Value performance metrics
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Identification of risks and contingency plans
  • Preparing reports
  • Technical Requirements/Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of programme and project management methods and principles
  • Exceptional leadership and organisational skills
  • In-depth understanding of performance evaluation principles
  • Proficiency in various programme management software, including MS Office, MS Project and PowerBI
