    Essential:

  • Managing large portfolios of schemes, providing accurate reporting of progress, schedule and cost to clients, stakeholders and overseeing organisations.
  • Knowledge of local transport policies and key regional stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead schemes for Local Authorities, from Outline and Full Business Case stage to delivery and handover.
  • Clear understanding of Local Authorities’ governance processes.
  • Background in either local highways and public realm, drainage and pavement design or structural design.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Experience on public procurement processes and contract administration.
  • Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements including CDM.
  • Desirable:

  • Knowledge of DMRB and TSRGD
  • Knowledge of Traffic Regulation Orders
  • Site supervision experience
