Experience required:
- Manage resources and capacity with the Ecology team, ensuring successful delivery of works.
- Implement and manage provision of ecology expertise and project delivery, which may be complex and significant to achieve quality, programme and financial targets.
- Manage provision of ecology expertise in delivery of team disciplines as part of the planning process, which may include provision of expert witness role at inquiry to achieve compliance with legislation, national and local policies.
- Provide expert ecological advice, supporting compliance with legislation and delivery of complex and large-scale projects.
- Identify development and market opportunities, contributing to the growth of the ecology service.
- Lead, coach and develop team members.
