Experience required...
- Essential: Experience within the UK Civil Engineering industry - typically 5 to 8 years
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a related subject
- Possess a current and valid NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation.
- Able to manage all aspects of the NEC4 contract, including risk management, change control, and dispute resolution
- Have demonstrable experience in managing roads and bridges projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and local authorities.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor project progress and reporting regularly to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges
- A full UK driving licence
