Experience required:
Essential:
- Degree qualified in an engineering or other relevant subject.
- UK Experience within a public, private or third sector UK based client
- Detailed knowledge of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (all options).
- Demonstrable technical knowledge and project experience within highway engineering.
- A successful track record of delivering infrastructure projects using the NEC3 or 4 including control of the commercial aspects.
- Good knowledge and understanding of CDM Regulations.
- Experience working in client facing environment and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience of people management and working in diverse multi-disciplined teams
- A full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation.
- Working knowledge of MS project
- APM/PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner
