- Working knowledge of CDM (Construction Design Management) regulations
- Ability to contribute to engineering projects with values exceeding £1m from initiation through to completion with support of a senior engineer
- Computer literate particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience of the NEC suite of contract documents
- Knowledge of highway design guidance and standards including DMRB, Manual for Streets, LTN 1/20, TSRGD, MCHW and other relevant codes of practice and design standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience would be advantageous)
- Full UK/EEC driving licence
- Educated to HND or degree level in civil engineering BEng/Meng (or equivalent)
