Qualifications
Essential:
- UK Experience within a public, private or third sector UK based client
- Experienced in inspection, assessment, and maintenance of Highway or Rail Structures.
- Working knowledge and application of Eurocodes, British Standards and the DMRB codes.
- Preparing construction documents such as Pre-Construction Information pack, Approval in Principals, Assessment reports, Design statements, specifications using the MCHW, cost estimates and risk assessments
- Awareness of responsibilities under the CDM Regulations.
- HND, HNC, BEng, MEng or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Drafting feasibility or detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Worked on CAT2 and above bridge design or assessment.
- Experience in undertaking Grillage or Finite Element Analysis (FEA) modelling on analysis software.
- Experienced in contract and financial management
