The predicted salary is between 35000 - 42000 £ per year.

Experience required…

Essential

  • UK experience within a public, private or third sector engineering environment.
  • Exposure to bridge or highway structures through design, assessment, inspection or maintenance.
  • Experience undertaking structural analysis and preparing calculations with support from senior staff.
  • Understanding of DMRB, Eurocodes and/or relevant British Standards.
  • Experience preparing or contributing to technical reports.
  • Familiarity with producing drawings, specifications, Bo Qs or PCI packs.
  • Awareness of CDM Regulations and designer responsibilities.
  • Experience using structural analysis software.
  • HNC/HND/BEng/BSc/MEng or equivalent in Civil/Structural Engineering.

Desirable

  • Progressing toward IEng/CEng.
  • Experience with Auto CAD, BIM or digital inspection tools.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts.
  • Experience with modelling packages (e. g LUSAS, MIDAS).
