Joining Waterman Aspen as Landscape Architect will see you as a key member of the South West team.

Experience required…

Essential:

  • Postgraduate Degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture or related discipline with relevant professional public realm design experience.
  • Developing concept and feasibility designs and landscape and public realm inputs into transport project using relative design guidance, design briefs and available site information.
  • Undertaking engagement with communities and local stakeholders on landscape and public realm proposals.
  • Undertaking site visits to oversee implementation of landscape elements.
  • Developing detailed design landscape and public realm elements using relevant design applications including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Sketch Up, InDesign & Photoshop.
  • Preparing hard and soft landscape specifications for input into NEC4 and JCLI contracts.
  • Desirable:

  • Procuring and commissioning soft landscaping and planting contracts.
  • Supervising planting and implementation of public realm elements of highways construction projects.
  • Developing planting maintenance schedules.
