Experience required:
- Essential:
- UK experience within a public, private or third sector such as a consultant, contractor, Local Authority or Client organisation.
- Degree qualified in an engineering or other relevant subject.
- Experience working in client facing environment and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
- Valid NEC 3 or 4 qualifications.
- A successful track record of delivering infrastructure projects using the NEC 3 or 4 including control of the commercial, budget and finances.
- Experience of people management and working in diverse multi-disciplined teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- An ability to ‘see the bigger picture’ and understand the consequences of decisions.
- Flexible, agile, and adaptable self-starter, with a positive attitude, who can take the initiative.
- A full UK driving licence
- APM/PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner
- Experience on Highway projects.
