- Understanding of maintenance requirements of various highways assets.
- Assessment and verification of measured quantities in line with MCHW and contractual requirements.
- Understanding of highways maintenance contracts.
- Understanding of health and safety, environmental, and traffic management requirements for highways maintenance schemes.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Incorporated Engineer (IEng)
- Experience in checking and monitoring the work of others.
- Understanding and appreciation of CDM regulations.
- Experience in supervising construction works.
- Understanding of road asset defects and maintenance requirements.
