Joining Waterman Aspen as Structural Engineer / Senior Structural Engineer will see you as a key member of the South West & South Wales team and you can expect:

Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting structural assessments using Eurocodes and British Standards
- Managing project schedules and ensuring quality deliverables, including inspections and reports
- Review schemes and prepare conceptual design options
- Supervision of design teams
- Collaborating with clients and partners to develop buildable and maintainable solutions
- Experience in the detailed design of new highway structures as well as maintenance of existing assets, predominantly in reinforced concrete and steelwork
- Prepare technical reports (e.g. feasibility/options reports, assessment reports and other technical reports)
- Applying best practice and innovative approaches in all projects
- Conducting site surveys and inspections
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License
- Incorporated or Chartered Engineer (MIStructE or MICE)
- Familiarity with current design practices and local/national guidance
- Proficiency in structural analysis software packages
