Experience required…
Essential
- Managing teams and resources through each stage of project delivery.
- Ability to lead schemes for Local Authorities, from Outline and Full Business Case stage to delivery and handover.
- Clear understanding of Local Authorities’ governance processes.
- Background in either local highways and public realm, drainage and pavement design or structural design.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
- Experience of public procurement processes and contract administration.
- Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements including CDM.
Desirable
- Knowledge of DMRB and TSRGD.
- Knowledge of Traffic Regulation Orders.
- Site Supervision experience.
