Experience required…
Essential:
Batchelor’s degree in architecture or engineering
Experience in the design and construction of major new industrial buildings with multifunctionality – workshops, storage and offices.
Security clearance
Experience working in the defence sector.
Experience in stake holder management.
Knowledge of HSE requirements
Experience in the management of multidisciplinary design elements of buildings and ensuring designer technical performance.
Desirable Experience:
Preferred Chartered architect or engineer registered with the appropriate body.
Beneficial to have experience on high hazard facilities in the nuclear sector or hospitals such as X-Ray facilities.
Technical experience in managing facility upgrades or construction projects.
