Experience required…
Essential:- 5 years+ UK experience within a public, private or third sector such as a consultant, contractor, Local Authority or Client organisation.
- Self-starter who can take the initiative and can proactively develop new business relationships and drive business development activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Motivated, highly organised, and diligent.
- A full UK driving licence
- Demonstrable experience of managing people either directly or as part of a project team
- A track record of working in or leading multi-disciplinary engineering design teams.
- Excellent people person skills
- Ability to develop and build mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships (internal design teams, consenting bodies, statutory authorities, key consultees, and government departments)
- High level of commercial awareness and an aptitude for business development
- Business development or sales or recruitment experience
- Management and control of a projects budget / finance.
- APM / PMP / Chartered / CMI / MBA Project Management and / or leadership role
