The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

Experience required…

Essential :

  • 5 years+ UK experience within a public, private or third sector such as a consultant, contractor, Local Authority or Client organisation.
  • Self-starter who can take the initiative and can proactively develop new business relationships and drive business development activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated, highly organised, and diligent.
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Demonstrable experience of managing people either directly or as part of a project team
  • A track record of working in or leading multi-disciplinary engineering design teams.
  • Excellent people person skills
  • Ability to develop and build mutually beneficial stakeholder relationships (internal design teams, consenting bodies, statutory authorities, key consultees, and government departments)
  • High level of commercial awareness and an aptitude for business development

Desirable :

  • Business development or sales or recruitment experience
  • Management and control of a projects budget / finance.
  • APM / PMP / Chartered / CMI / MBA
  • Project Management and / or leadership role
