The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 Β£ per year.

Waterman Aspen (Central region) seek Traffic Engineers, ideally with experience of Traffic Regulation Orders, and awareness of the Traffic Management (TMA) and New Roads and Streetworks Acts (NRSWA). The successful applicant will have UK highway design experience and will be required to manage, or assist with, programmes of highway works ranging from feasibility studies to project design including liaison with stakeholders.

Duties include:

  • Design, or input into, Traffic Engineering projects in accordance with the DMRB and often using AutoCAD
  • Experience of TSRGD, TMA or NRSWA
  • Assist in preparing either temporary or permanent Traffic Regulation Orders
  • Liaison with stakeholders to deliver projects
  • Good understanding of buildability, works cost, H&S and CDM
