A unique division of an International Engineering Consultancy, Waterman Aspen provides Specialist Secondment Services. Our specialism is the employment of our own Multi-disciplined staff, providing our public sector clients and consultant partners with experienced technical staff throughout the UK. We cover Civil and Structural projects within the Highways, rail, Buildings, Housing, airports, and Infrastructure markets.

Starting your career with Waterman Aspen as a Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor will see you in a position to grow the diversification of the Housing/Building Surveying business within our North West team. As a key member of the Traffic and Highways team, you will have a critical input over your CPD and career development, and within our management team, you can be assured you will grow and build your career within the UK.

Experience required for successful application:

  • UK Experience within a public, private, or third sector UK-based housing client
  • UK experience within building surveying or management of a building surveying team
  • RICS Competency
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Involvement in business development
  • A full UK driving license is essential
  • Relevant UK Legislation awareness and competency
