Reporting to Associate Director level, you will support the management team in creating opportunities to business develop, recruit, and manage your team of secondees. Working within the open, honest collaborative culture in Waterman Aspen North West will bring confidence, additional strength, and success to the team.

To start your career with Waterman Aspen, you will need experience in civil or structural engineering design, feasibility, and supervision (Highways Engineer, Traffic Engineer, or Structural Engineer). Ideally, you will be seeking or approaching chartership. Effective communication is required both verbally and in written form.
