Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software. Excellent understanding of highway engineering principles and design standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Desirable: Experience with other CAD software packages (e.g., MicroStation).
