To provide administrative support to the HR Team within Waterman Aspen.
Main Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Team and wider business, including responding to incoming emails, calls and internal queries.
- Set up new contracts for salaried and hourly paid workers, ensuring all compliance documents are in place (e.g. bank details, emergency contact details, right to work evidence).
- Action new, amended, and end of secondment documentation.
- Manage the processing of pre-employment and post-employment references.
- Action resignations, prepare leaver documentation and ensure HR systems and payroll are updated.
- Update and monitor employee lifecycle data, including changes to address and bank details.
- Assist with the completion of supplier questionnaires.
- Assist with monthly HR reporting.
- Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks.
- Carry out general administrative duties: filing, data entry, preparing letters, and processing post.
