Weare looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 3 who:
- holds a relevant Level 3 TeachingAssistant qualification (or equivalent)
- is committed to securing the bestpossible outcomes for all pupils through high expectations, inclusive practiceand a child-centred approach
- can deliver and adapt targetedinterventions and learning support that complement high-quality classroomteaching and promote pupil progress
- uses effective questioning, modelling andscaffolding strategies to support pupils’ learning while encouragingindependence and resilience
- builds positive relationships withpupils, staff and families, supporting pupils’ social, emotional andbehavioural development in line with the school's values and approaches
- works collaboratively with teachers andother professionals to support assessment, identify barriers to learning andcontribute to effective provision for all learners
