Weare looking to appoint a Behviour Keyworker who:
- holds a level 3 teaching assistantqualification or equivalent
- can build and maintain successfulrelationships with pupils, treat them consistently, with respect andconsideration
- can work closely with our established andskilled pastoral team to ensure that pupils and their families receiveappropriate support and are treated with kindness and compassion
- model consistently high standards ofprofessional practice and positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Can work alongside staff to develop andimplement appropriate strategies for pupils who require additional behaviouralor emotional support
- have experience supporting children withSEMH needs.
