Following the successful completion of recent significant new business contracts, we are looking for someone with experience of administration processes, good organisational skills, a ‘get the task done’ mentality and a ‘find the solution’ approach to support our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all administrative functions to ensure business process flows are maintained, checks are completed and customer satisfaction is achieved.

Responsibilities:

Following customer service policies and procedures

Downloading, consolidating and managing sales order data

Booking couriers and transport requirements for customer online orders
-
Pro-actively identifying courier queries
-
Assisting with resolving queries, including customer communications
-
Import / Export and other shipping documentation compliance
-
Producing environmental certificates, reports and other documents
-
Entering and checking customer invoices and credits
-
Entering and checking supplier invoices and credits
-
Daily KPI figures and updates
-
Managing system stock levels of a small range of consumable products
-
Customer, Management and Exception reports
-
Assisting the Operational and Commercial teams in the delivery of business objectives

Assisting with the development of tools, systems, processes etc. to benefit the business and customers

Assisting the Management team with any other tasks such as holiday logs, training files, checklists etc.
