Have you got what it takes to make a real difference? A rare opportunity has arisen for a qualified teaching assistant to join our fantastic team at Water Leys Primary School. Are you that special someone who can make a difference to the lives of our children?
We are looking for someone special who can demonstrate that they have had a positive impact on the lives of pupils by supporting them academically, socially and emotionally. You will also have a good understanding of how to promote positive mental health and well-being. You must be positive, flexible and have a can-do attitude at all times.
We are looking for someone who is:
- experienced in supporting children throughout the primary phase;
- passionate about supporting pupil learning and development and dedicated to forming and building positive relationships;
- a strong team player who is able to inspire and motivate pupils, working effectively with the teacher;
- committed to the vision of the school and our CARE values;
- highly motivated and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- wants to make a difference to the children in our care.
