You will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of pedagogy, practice and staff development. The post-holder will be expected to contribute to strategic planning and quality assurance in the MFL department and to ensure there is a proactive response to emerging needs and priorities. This role will ensure students receive an education, and leave the Academy with exceptional outcomes in MFL and be best positioned to succeed in their future learning.
