Watergrove Trust and Wardle Academy are seeking two Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team. You will work with class teachers to deliver targeted support, run small group interventions, and assist in planning learning activities to raise attainment.
Applicants should hold Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Supporting Teaching and Learning, GCSEs at A*-C, and demonstrate excellent communication, behaviour management, and organisational skills; SEND experience preferred.
