Matthew Moss High School is seeking an Inclusive Practice Coordinator to join our Inclusion team. The role focuses on coordinating and monitoring learners in Alternative Provision, acting as lead for placements and ensuring safeguarding, compliance and progress tracking.
You will work with learners, families, external agencies and providers, undertaking risk assessments and due diligence, and maintaining records in line with statutory requirements.
