We’re looking for an attentive and energetic therapist, passionate about working with sustainably sourced, natural and ethical products, that values connection, creativity, and making a positive impact. As our Swim Club Therapist, you’ll deliver professional treatments to guests in an environment of exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Swim Club manager, you will have excellent communication skills as well as previous experience within a treatment environment.

This is a part-time position and there will be a requirement to work weekends.
As our Therapist you’ll be:
- Delivering a wide range of beauty treatments to the standards defined by the Swim Club Manager, within the period specified. To include, but not limited to:
- A range of massages (please note we have a massage limit of a maximum of 4 hours each day)
- A range of facials, manicures, pedicures, and any other treatments required
You’ll also:
- Discuss the treatment list with guests, giving professional advice where needed
- Ensure all customer feedback is passed on to the Swim Club manager
- Help to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhere to the hotel’s health and safety policy and procedures
- Keep treatment rooms clean and tidy, to the required standards, at all times
- Ensure all the utensils and equipment are sterilised after every treatment
- Manage bookings effectively to ensure that any changes are taken into account, meeting the ever-changing needs of our guests
The skills you’ll be sharing with us:
- NVQ level 3 in beauty therapy or an equivalent qualification i.e. BTEC or ITEC level 3
- Qualifications in hot stone massage, reflexology, pregnancy massage, oncology massage and holistic therapies would be preferable but not essential
