Watergate Bay Hotel is seeking an Assistant Swim Club Manager with Level 3 Beauty or Spa Therapy to support the Swim Club operations and deliver treatments using sustainably sourced products. You will lead and inspire a team of Therapists and Café Bar Assistants, stepping in during the Manager’s absence, while upholding brand values.
