Watergate Bay Hotel is seeking an Assistant Swim Club Manager with a Level 3 in Beauty to join the Swim Club team. You will support the Swim Club Manager in day-to-day operations, deliver treatments and café bar hosting, and help lead a team of Therapists and Café Bar Assistants while upholding our warm, sustainable hospitality ethos.
The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with benefits aligned to our active-relaxation culture; accommodation is not currently provided.
