Are you a HR Advisor looking for your next career opportunity, someone who is energised by fast-paced environments, passionate about people, and ready to shape the future of hospitality? We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our people strategy across multiple sites. As one of our HR Business Partners, you’ll work closely with operational leaders to create a thriving workplace where teams feel supported, valued, and empowered. You’ll also be the go-to expert for all things people-related, driving initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen culture, and support business performance. This is a part-time role working 30 hours per week over four days.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Partnering with managers to deliver effective people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Supporting on employee relations, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
- Championing learning and development initiatives to grow internal capability.
- Training our management team on all things HR.
- Analysing HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Driving engagement, wellbeing, and retention across diverse hospitality teams.
