What you’ll be responsible for
- Preparing allocated rooms and areas efficiently and to a high standard.
- Ensuring all guest areas are clean, safe, and inviting at all times.
- Managing guest laundry and linen with care and attention.
- Keeping corridors and service areas clean, tidy and clutter-free.
- Maintaining organised and well-stocked linen cupboards.
- Following procedures for signing keys in and out.
- Adhering to all health and safety, manual handling and COSHH regulations (training provided).
- Working collaboratively as part of a committed, efficient and dynamic team.
- Supporting new team members with training and guidance.
