What you’ll be responsible for

  • Preparing allocated rooms and areas efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Ensuring all guest areas are clean, safe, and inviting at all times.
  • Managing guest laundry and linen with care and attention.
  • Keeping corridors and service areas clean, tidy and clutter-free.
  • Maintaining organised and well-stocked linen cupboards.
  • Following procedures for signing keys in and out.
  • Adhering to all health and safety, manual handling and COSHH regulations (training provided).
  • Working collaboratively as part of a committed, efficient and dynamic team.
  • Supporting new team members with training and guidance.
