Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior operational leaders to deliver the HR strategy

About You

  • Experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‐moving environment
  • CIPD qualified (to L5 or equivalent experience)
