We’re looking for a Lead HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in leading and supporting our people strategy across multiple sites. This is a senior role partnering with operational leaders to drive people performance, culture, and organisational effectiveness. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders delivering the people agenda while ensuring alignment with wider business objectives. This is a hands‑on leadership role, combining strategy with execution in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior operational leaders to deliver the HR strategy
- Drive engagement, culture, and performance across a multi-site operation
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, risk management, and UK employment law
- Support organisational change, restructures, and transformation programmes
- Use data and insights to inform decision‑making and improve business outcomes

About You
- Proven experience in a more senior HR role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or a multi‑site environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence at senior leadership level
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment
- CIPD qualified (to L5 or equivalent experience)
