Waterfront UTC are seeking to appoint a highly effective Site Operative to join the Estates Department, to start with immediate effect. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Site Operative to join our school community. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our school is a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • General maintenance
  • Security of the premises
  • Health and safety checks
  • Supporting day-to-day operations of the school

This is a full time, permanent, all year round role, paid on the NJC pay scale D2 points 4-11 (FTE £25,185 - £28,142). The working pattern will consist of 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.
