You will support and work as part of a team to deliver exceptional food quality, outstanding guest care, and amazing service! Key Responsibilities:- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure all kitchen areas are tidy and organized.
- Dispose of waste properly and follow recycling protocols.
- Support chefs and cooks with ingredient retrieval and other tasks as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, checking for freshness and proper storage.
