Thisis an excellent opportunity for a GP seeking a regular, well-supported rolewithin a practice that values high-quality patient care, teamwork and asustainable workload.
Main duties of the job
The role
The successful candidate will undertake:
- Two sessions on Mondays.
- A mixture of face-to-face and telephone consultations, as clinically appropriate.
- Clinical administration arising from their own consultations.
- Safe and effective clinical decision-making within the agreed job plan.
- Collaborative working with the wider multidisciplinary team.
The exact appointment structure, administration time and workload will be agreed as part of the job plan before the post commences.

TheWaterfront and Solent Surgery is a friendly, well-established, trainingpractice serving approximately 8,000 patients on the Waterside area of the NewForest. We are supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, including AdvancedClinical Practitioner, Practice Nurses, Nursing Associate and GP Assistant and anexperienced Admin team. We are alsosupported by PCN staff including Pharmacists, Pharmacy techs, MH Practitioners,Health and wellbeing team and a First Contact Physiotherapist.

Job responsibilities
About you
You will:
- Be fully registered with the General Medical Council.
- Be included on the relevant performers list.
- Have experience working in UK general practice.
- Be able to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and consultation skills.
- Be committed to safe, inclusive and patient-centred care.
- Hold appropriate medical indemnity and occupational health clearance.

- Qualified GP

- Certificate of completion of training (CCT)
- Full GMC Registration
- Performers List Registration
- Evidence of current validation
