Real Estate Analyst in London

We\’re partnering exclusively with a dynamic pan-European real estate investment manager to appoint an Analyst to its London team. The position offers wide-ranging exposure across portfolio and asset management, acquisitions, and investor relations, within a data-driven investment platform focused on the Logistics sector.

Responsibilities are broad and provide exposure across the business, including annual business planning, portfolio analytics, support to the investment team on underwriting and due diligence of new investments, and interaction with external stakeholders such as brokers, property managers, and operating partners.

Requirements

Strong academic track record, with a high level of numeracy. Likely with a degree in real estate, finance, economics, engineering, or data science.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to forensically analyse data and the ability to grasp new and complex ideas quickly.

Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data manipulation skills, including the ability to build & navigate financial models and data-sets.

Comfortable working within a collaborative, primarily in-office culture alongside a talented, friendly team.
